This issue documented my visit to the New York City area April 29 through May 4, 1997 and covers recording and live sessions and hanging out with L.G. Mair Jr., Doug Walker of Alien Planetscapes, Straphangers’ Art Ensemble, Keith Nicolay, Al Margolis (If, Bwana), Carl Howard (NOMUZIC), John Hajeski (Busyditch), and Post Prandials. above: Page 6 — my time hanging out with Doug Walker of Alien Planetscapes, plus I attended an Alien Planetscapes gig! I remember almost nothing of the events that I described on this page, probably because of the copious amounts of herb we smoked. On May 1st Doug and I drove to Ed Rollin’s studio in Rego Park for a recording session of the Straphangers’ Art Ensemble.
