Welcome to the EC Add-And-Pass Cassette #2 Project Page

In the coming days and weeks you will find on this page all of the information that you need to participate in this project. You can use this page to ask questions, and to talk about the project.

Add-And-Pass Cassette Project #2 is only open to participation by EC Community members.

The community members who have chosen to participate can coordinate their efforts to make sure that the cassette is completed. This will create new connections between the members, and help to establish trust and cooperation.

You do not need to do anything yet!

In recent weeks I have been recording audio material for this project, the EC Add-And-Pass Cassette Project #1, and the EC Audio Exquisite Corpse.

Soon I will mail the EC Add-And-Pass Cassette #2 to the first person on the list after me.

It will be a 90-minute cassette.

Each participant can record a maximum of five minutes of their sounds onto the cassette after the sounds that previous participants have recorded.

Then each participant will mail the cassette to the next EC member on the list. The list will be enclosed with the cassette.

Additionally, there will be enclosed with the cassette an information sheet, on which each participant will be able to add the title of their recording and a small piece of artwork. When the tape is completed and I have received it, I will collage together these small pieces of art to make a cover.

Each participant will receive a copy of the completed cassette.

​The completed album will be offered as a digital download on Bandcamp.

Here is a list of the EC members who have asked to participate in the EC Add-And-Pass Cassette Project #2. The names are not listed in the order that you will receive the cassette. For now that will be a mystery!
