I think that my RADIO ON BERLIN show is the best of my shows for sound enthusiasts comming via ELECTRONIC COTTAGE. Here I present the sound/music that has a relation to experimental and exploring ideas. The shows are on RADIO-ON-BERLIN for one month, daily rotation. Then I send a new show to RADIO-ON-BERLIN and put the prior show on archive.org These shows on archive.org I'll now present regularly here at ELECTRONIC COTTAGE. This show is good for my ears and shows off just a glimpse of what the avant home recording community has to offer. I'm not pointing this out just because some of my own recent work is represented here, although I am proud to be included along with the other talented artists in this mix (thanks Your Lordship). Lord Litter, Don Campau, Jerry Kranitz, and, of course, our Cottage Residential Curator, Hal McGee, all deserve attention and praise for their continual efforts in showcasing off a truly unique group of talented individuals, who continue to push the fringes of artistic expression for the very sake of expressing. I sometimes wonder how all this home/underground culture will be regarded in decades to come. Now that it is obvious that the internet will become (in parts already is) some kind of concious/archive of planet earth this culture will be part of earth's heritage and comming generations will put it all in some kind of unknown future perspective.
